SMS Terms & Conditions
Terms and conditions for text message communications from Business Water Solutions.

1. Agreement to Receive SMS Messages
By providing your phone number to Business Water Solutions ("BWS Holdings, LLC", "BWS", "we", "us", "our") and consenting to receive text messages, you agree to these SMS Terms & Conditions. You authorize us to send SMS text messages to the mobile phone number you provide for the purposes described below.
2. Types of Messages
We may send you SMS messages related to your account and services, including but not limited to:
- Service appointment scheduling and confirmations
- Technician arrival notifications
- Service completion updates
- Filter replacement reminders
- Account and billing notifications
- Customer support communications
- Responses to your inquiries
We will not use SMS to send marketing or promotional messages unless you have separately opted in to receive them.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your service activity and account needs. You may receive messages when service is scheduled, when a technician is en route, when service is completed, or when you contact us. Typically, you will receive no more than 10 messages per month, but frequency may vary.
4. Consent & Opt-In
You consent to receive SMS messages from BWS when you:
- Sign a service agreement that includes consent to receive service-related text messages
- Provide your phone number to our customer service team and agree to receive texts
- Text our business number directly to initiate a conversation
- Opt in through our website or customer portal
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may choose not to receive text messages and still use our services.
5. Opt-Out
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any message you receive from us
- Contacting us at support@bwsholdings.com
- Calling us at (800) 542-0268
After you send STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt back in.
To opt back in, text START to our number or contact our customer service team.

7. Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging rates will apply to any messages you send or receive. BWS does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier may. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your messaging plan.
8. Supported Carriers
SMS messaging is supported on most major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
Your phone number and SMS data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Key points regarding SMS data:
- We collect your phone number and message content solely to provide customer service and service-related communications.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their marketing purposes.
- Your information may be shared with our SMS service provider (Twilio) solely for the purpose of delivering messages on our behalf.
- We retain message logs for customer service and compliance purposes.
10. Disclaimer of Liability
SMS messaging is not a guaranteed delivery method. We are not responsible for:
- Messages that are delayed, lost, or undelivered due to carrier issues or network conditions
- Charges from your mobile carrier for sending or receiving text messages
- Incompatibility with your mobile device or carrier
To the extent permitted by law, BWS shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of or inability to use our SMS messaging service.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued receipt of SMS messages after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
