Our Rental Agreement

The key points

• Month-to-month unless your quote states an initial term. Either side can cancel with 30 days' written notice. If an initial term is stated and you cancel early, the remaining payments for that term are due.
• BWS owns the equipment. Routine maintenance and repairs, and filter changes on our standard schedule, are included at no extra charge. Non-routine repairs, extra cleaning, or damage from misuse may be billed at our standard rates.
• Rent starts when the equipment is delivered and accepted at your location.
• BWS may change the monthly rate with 30 days' written notice.
• The equipment stays at the installed location. Any move must be approved or done by BWS, and may be billed at our standard rates.
• Sales/rental tax is added where BWS is required to collect it. Tax-exempt customers with a valid certificate are not charged tax.
• Late payments (more than 15 days past due) carry a late charge of 15% or $20, whichever is greater.
• Commercial use only. Governed by Georgia law.
