Love our new water cooler at the office! Jon Suarez was great to work with, smooth & seamless from initial contact to setting up billing. Super easy & fast installation, the install tech was so nice, left no mess behind. My staff loves the look of the cooler, the hot & cold options. I love the endless supply of water without having to keep track of bottles, hope the delivery guy doesn't skip us or swing a heavy bottle onto the cooler. Zero Complaints!

I work at Advent health and we have a BWS water machine and it's super convenient. I purposely serve my patients water from their machines because I know it's clean water and always cold. I had to call for someone to repair it once and their tech Felix came and worked on it very quickly and efficiently.
